We had an amazing experience working with Zevio. My husband and I had a very small wedding with only 6 people including us. He was able to handle all the required paperwork which was great because we don’t live in Puerto Rico and we didn’t have a wedding coordinator for our event. Most importantly, he wrote us the most special ceremony, including a detailed love story about us. Because we had such an intimate guest list, working with someone we had chemistry with was super important to us. We wanted to feel like he was part of our group, which he did (without sacrificing professionalism one bit!). It was also important to me that we had the ability to customize certain language within the ceremony and he made it easy to do so. I could go on and on about how perfect he helped make our day. From the moment I reached out to Zevio to inquire about my wedding, he was professional, kind, and he responded right away (rare for vendors in PR). As soon as we met via a video call, we knew we wanted him to officiate our wedding. He was very detailed and had positive energy. He thought of things I didn’t even think of and I’m a super detailed person. He made the process of getting a marriage license in PR seamless (it’s more complicated than getting one in the states) and he walked us through the entire process. He was in constant communication with us right up until the moment we got married and after. But the best thing about Zevio is his way with words and the amount of heartfelt effort he puts into the ceremony. I kid you not, there was not a dry eye in the house. He really captured our love story beautifully, he included family and friends, and he suggested my husband write vows for my son. Hands down that was the best and most memorable moment of our wedding and EVERYONE was talking about it afterward. Had he not suggested it, we probably would not have thought to do that. I am forever grateful to Zevio for that special moment. My husband and I are truly so happy we chose Zevio as our officiant. He really made our ceremony beautiful and incredibly memorable. Out of all of our vendors, he was our favorite.

Zevio is so thoughtful to every little detail he made a destination wedding a breeze! He asked questions about details that I didn’t even think of, he’s almost like a wedding coordinator. My husband and I had a very small/elopement ceremony on the beach. We had a few friends with us, he asked what our colors were and pointed out that we might want our friends to wear colors that coordinated so our pictures would turn our nice, he even made sure he was wearing something to go along with our colors.
My husband and I were overly impressed with him we couldn’t wait to write a review about him! Zevio made the ceremony about us… our love story and included stories from our friends/family, how they viewed our love story.

Finally, on the wedding day, he went way beyond our wildest expectations in his eloquent retelling of our story, including all the elements that are true to us: our deep love for each other, families and friends, our adventurous and fun personalities, our individual paths towards each other, and words of love and affirmations from our loved ones.
A month after our wedding, our guests still rave about the ceremony as their favorite part of the day, mentioning how they’ve never heard anything like it. Many of them thought Zevio was one of our friends instead of a hired vendor. He really means it when he says, “True to you.” We’re eternally grateful for a wedding ceremony we will want to rewatch and cherish forever.

Everyone is supposed to say that the wedding ceremony should be the most important part of the wedding. Oftentimes, it tends to be the most boring element, regardless of sentiments and importance. Zevio was a match from the beginning. We had a zoom meeting and bonded so well we decided immediately to go with him. He was our first and only choice. He was with us since the beginning asking all the details and really catering to our themed wedding (it was medieval/Star Wars). He made a story true to us starting with the classic “in a galaxy far far away…” and he always had a Spanish and English version of all our papers which was very helpful knowing our families spoke both.
He sends you google forms to fill out your story (one for each person for different points of views) as well as sending it to people of our choosing. Before the wedding he will come to the rehearsal and act everything out like 3 times or until we’re all sure and happy with everything. If you’re more like me that has to see everything on paper then he will send you the script (without the story because it’s a surprise) and his timeline as well.

Zevio tailored our wedding ceremony in such a way that was “true to us.” We envisioned a ceremony that would meld our respective cultures i.e. Jewish and Filipino. As a Jewish person himself, Zevio was very knowledgeable of the elements of a Jewish wedding, so we were able to seamlessly infuse the Jewish traditions into the ceremony. And although he wasn’t as familiar with the Filipino wedding traditions, he was willing to listen and do his research in order to honor our heritage. He crafted a beautiful story of how we met and how we got engaged and told it in a fun and romantic way. We were impressed by his creativity, humor, and ability to respectfully integrate both of our cultural traditions.
We could tell that Zevio knows his sh*t from the very first meeting we had with him. He walked us through his process, explained the timeline, and helped us realize other facets of the ceremony that might be missing. He thought through every minute detail of the ceremony to make sure everything would flow smoothly. He was also reliable, transparent, responsive, and brought new ideas to the table. He is very professional and great at his job!
Zevio truly cared for us and was willing to go the extra mile. Although it wasn’t part of his job, he helped us procure a couple of equipment needed for the ceremony at no additional cost. He was very helpful and simply an all-around nice guy.
