How It Works: Your Journey to a Perfect Ceremony

Step 1: The Chemistry Check (Free Video Call)

Let’s make sure we’re a great fit! This is a no-pressure, 30-minute video call to connect, hear your initial vision, and answer all your questions. It’s all about ensuring you feel completely comfortable and excited to move forward.

Step 2: Booking & Onboarding

Once you decide to book, I’ll send a simple contract and an invoice. A 50% retainer secures your date officially. Then, the fun begins!

Step 3: The Wedding Workshop (60-45 Days Before)

This is our main planning session! We’ll meet for one hour (via video) to design your ceremony’s structure, vibe, and all the special details: readings, rituals, and the overall flow. This is where we build the blueprint for your big day.

Step 4: The Story Crafting & Script Draft

After our workshop, I’ll send you a private questionnaire to capture the unique details of your love story. I then weave it all into your custom ceremony script. You’ll receive a draft to review everything except your personal story, which remains a wonderful surprise for the wedding day. Your final balance is due at this stage.

Step 5: The Final Touches (2 Weeks Before)

To add even more personal touches, I send a short, fun questionnaire to a few friends or family members you select. This allows us to incorporate heartfelt perspectives from your inner circle.

Step 6: Rehearsal & Wedding Day

When you arrive in Puerto Rico, I handle everything. I’ll run a smooth rehearsal, coordinate with your planner and vendors, and ensure all legal paperwork is perfectly sorted. On your wedding day, I arrive early to make sure every detail is in place, so you can be fully present. Then, I deliver your heartfelt, personalized ceremony.
