First of all, you’re getting married! Congratulations! I know it can feel overwhelming, but when done right, it’s a whole lot of fun. My name is Zevio, and I’m here to make sure your wedding ceremony is anything but a cookie-cutter formality.

I’ve been officiating weddings since 2015, first for friends, and then friends of friends. I quickly realized I didn’t like using the same, stitched-together ceremony copied from the internet. It was boring for me, and more importantly, it was boring for my couples. I knew I needed to do something different.

That’s why I became a Certified Unboring! Wedding Officiant, and committed to one thing: creating totally customized ceremonies for each and every couple.

Most people get married in a house of worship with a standard sermon and way of doing things. But when you hire me, it’s because you want something different. So, instead of a sermon, I tell your love story.

Over the years, I’ve learned that large weddings can be high-stress for everyone. While I’ve done them, my passion lies in smaller, more intimate micro-weddings and elopements. This allows me to truly focus on the couple and craft a deeply personal experience. The more you share with me, the better and more meaningful your story becomes. It’s a lot more interesting and fun for me, and a whole lot more fun and meaningful for my couples!

I understand that planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, especially from afar, is a big deal. I don’t take your trust lightly. My process is designed to be a collaborative, stress-free journey where you feel heard, valued, and excited every step of the way.
